Mr. Chea Chanrithy is a Procurement Officer at Electricité Du Cambodge (EDC) with 5 years experience in Procurement Process under ADB financed Projects, including GRP, ETSDP and GEP.

Mr. Harendra Chauhan has the position of Procurement In-Charge at the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB).

Anita brings over 18 years of professional experience in the urban sector, working on projects funded by ADB, World Bank, UNDP, GIZ, KfW, and DFID across 14 states in India. She has extensive expertise in project management, procurement, contract management, project development, monitoring, and evaluation.

Prior to joining ADB, Anita worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for an ADB-funded project with the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation.

Mr. Tran Xuan Tho is a Senior Procurement Officer at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with over 20 years of experience in project procurement, contract management, and policy advisory for ODA-funded infrastructure projects in Viet Nam, Lao PDR, and Myanmar. He has strong expertise in ADB procurement policies, capacity building, and sector-specific procurement for water supply, transport, and urban development.
