Tam majored in Electrical Engineering in the University of Technology in Malaysia and has been working on the power system environment on the areas of engineering, project management for transmission and distribution utility since the early 2000s. She has twenty-six years of experience across the entire business P&L, commercial and operations leadership in the energy and power industry.
