Jennifer Kim Rosenzweig

Jennifer Kim Rosenzweig, DrPh is the Deputy Country Director for WFP Indonesia. Jennifer first joined WFP in 2013 as part of the Asia regional programme team in Bangkok, supporting country teams to improve nutrition portfolios. In January 2018, Jennifer moved to Rome to take up her post as the HQ Nutrition Division Chief for Knowledge Management and Digital Innovation. Her portfolio included evidence generation, information management and dissemination, monitoring and evaluation, learning and development, and digital innovation.

Elan Satriawan

Elan Satriawan is associate professor in the Department of Economics, Universitas Gadjah Mada at Yogyakarta-Indonesia. He is also Chief of Policy Team, a think tank under National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K), Office of Vice President-Republic of Indonesia. In the past he has been Lead Evaluator in Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of TNP2K, Senior Research Fellow of Jameel Poverty Action Lab (JPAL-MIT), Consultant for World Bank and ADB. He obtained his PhD from Michigan State University in 2009.

Sudarshana Anojan

Sudarshana Anojan is the Social Development and Gender Specialist in ADB’s Sri Lanka Country Office. He carries over 13 years of experience in the international development field; working with diverse non-government, bilateral and multilateral agencies. His area of expertise includes community development, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality and social inclusion, and education.

Projects and programs in road safety management should always be evaluated and lessons learned incorporated into new programs.

Establishing and operating effective performance management arrangements will deliver improved accountability for governments, agencies, and departments within agencies. Safety performance indicators—specific road safety elements that reflect actual safety conditions—will help assist in the management of performance. Aligning performance measures to outputs and intermediate outcome measures will drive performance improvement and community awareness.
