Robin Hughes

Following a career in risk management and treasury training, Robin Hughes has focused on commissioning "CleanAir" Public Transport Programmes in ASEAN and developing countries in the Asia Pacific. His recent research includes electric vehicle (EV) affordability for marginalized borrowers” in emerging markets, and range extending-on-board charging for commercial and public transport EV applications. He is currently focused on delivering EV to passenger transport and logistics markets, under the mantra of EV- achieving optimum application, access, and affordability.

Ingo Puhl

Ingo is a founding partner of South Pole Group, a for-purpose company with the mission to accelerate the transformation to a sustainable economy via the facilitation of cooperative actions between key public and private stakeholders. He is leading the implementation of this mission in South East Asia. Most recently, he is leading efforts to accelerate e-mobility and the transformation of the regional power sector towards decentralization and carbon pricing.

Bhaskar Deol

Bhaskar is the founder of Mynergy, a firm focused on unlocking international capital for low carbon energy and mobility infrastructure, helping make small and growing businesses in India and other emerging markets more competitive. Bhaskar leads our work on strategy and partnerships. Prior to Mynergy, Bhaskar led country operations for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where he supported the development of policies to accelerate the adoption of clean energy.

Olly Norojono

Mr. Olly Norojono joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2002. He has more than 30 years of professional experience. During his work with ADB, he prepared and managed projects in Afghanistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan. He was appointed as the country director for Azerbaijan in 2010 where he was in charge of developing and managing ADB's portfolio in the country. He assumed office as the Director for Transport, Energy, and Natural Resources at Pacific Department in October 2015. Prior to working with ADB, he was teaching and conducting research in Indonesia.
