Samsideth Dy

Prior to his current role, Samsideth worked as education officer for UNESCO and as education specialist for ADB. He was also the director of the M.Ed. program and the founding dean of the Faculty of Education of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has provided consultancy services to OECD, GIZ, SDC, WB, ACLEDA Bank, and various education NGOs in Cambodia and Myanmar. He holds graduate degrees in comparative and international education and in education and human sciences (PhD) from Hiroshima University. 

Bin Chhom

Bin is the director of BTEC and was a vice rector at the University of Battambang for 10 years. He holds a master’s degree in economics from People Friendship University of Russia. His areas of expertise include taxation, macroeconomics, microeconomics, leadership and management in higher education, curriculum development, and learning and teaching enhancement.

Tatiana Petrovna Pak

Tatiana has 20 years’ experience in pedagogy. She is the head of Bilimkana European School and Bilimkana Chinese School. She is also the director of the Olympiada Bilimkan project. She is a graduate of the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (North Carolina, Boone) and the E-Teacher Scholarship Program (University of Maryland Baltimore County). She completed her postgraduate studies at BHU with a degree in Comparative Linguistics.
