He was also the director of the M.Ed. program and the founding dean of the Faculty of Education of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He has provided consultancy services to OECD, GIZ, SDC, WB, ACLEDA Bank, and various education NGOs in Cambodia and Myanmar.
