This document contains the Environmental Quality (Amendment) Act 2012 of Malaysia.
The Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by substituting for the words “qualified personnel” wherever they appear the words “qualified person.
This Enactment may be cited as the Environment Protection Enactment 2002 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
