NDC 3.0: Advancing ADB’s Support for Developing Member Countries

The webinar focused on the critical role of NDC 3.0 in raising climate ambitions across the Asia-Pacific region and how ADB supports developing member countries (DMCs) in achieving these climate actions. NDC 3.0 represents the next iteration of nationally determined contributions, emphasizing enhanced ambition and implementability, as countries prepare their updates for 2025 in alignment with the Paris Agreement goals. 

2024 Resilience Learning Month

In celebration of the 2024 Resilience Learning Month, the Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management divisions of the Climate Change, Resilience, and Environment cluster (CCRE) under the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD), in partnership with the Culture and Talent Division of the Budget, Personnel, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD), hosted a series of virtual and in-person learning events.

Erin Chu Felton

Erin is part of the FCAS and SIDS Unit in CCFE, supporting institutional capacity for operations in FCAS and SIDS. Last year she led a series of analytical products on Papua New Guinea, including a fragility resilience assessment to inform ADB’s country partnership strategy, and a climate and environmental security assessment with adelphi. She is the Unit’s focal on economic migration and forced displacement, and on capacity development.
