Senior Operations and Coordination Specialist, ADB Profile / Bio Erin Felton is a Senior Operations Coordination Specialist in the Fragile and Conflict Affected Situations and Small Island Developing States team at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She provides support to ADB operations to better understand vulnerability and fragility in the Asia Pacific region and help increase ADB's effectiveness in building country resilience. Erin joined ADB in 2022 after working in Africa and the Pacific on programs to strengthen public administration systems in post-conflict and low-resource settings.
