Elisiva is a graduate of and has a master’s degree in business administration. She is the Deputy CEO – Administration in Tonga Water Board (TWB). She acts as a focal point of communication for TWB to government agencies. Further, she assists TWB Management with internal or external legal matters within the organization.

As the Deputy CEO – Administration, she evaluates quality in all areas and detects potential deviations from TWB organizations plan to ensure high-quality performance and satisfactory result while maintaining an orderly and problem-free environment.

Tanya Hotchkiss is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Cantilan Bank, a rural bank that serves over 100 underbanked communities across 12 provinces in Mindanao. She is in charge of driving the bank’s digital transformation towards sustainable growth and inclusive finance for the unbanked and underserved markets in Mindanao.

Ramayya Krishnan has extensive experience and expertise in public policy. He serves on the IT and Services Advisory Board chaired by Gov. Tom Wolf of the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the policy advisory board of the GAO chaired by Gene Dodaro, Comptroller General of the United States, and was invited to speak at the GAO’s centennial conference. He serves on a select advisory board on technology and economic development to the President of Asian Development Bank.

An experienced senior executive with over 20 years in the information technology industry, Nicolas Betbeder-Matibet is currently the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan of Software AG, a position he took on this year.

At Software AG, he is responsible for driving all regional GTM efforts in APJ. Based in Singapore, he will also cultivate a strong culture and purpose for the regional team.

With over 30 years of experience leading some of Wall Street’s top institutions, David is a longtime creative thought leader in financial markets and innovation and has played a significant role in the adoption of electronic trading in the global OTC derivatives industry. David served for ten years as the CEO of Electronic Broking at ICAP Plc, the world's largest interdealer broker, where he led the BrokerTec fixed income and EBS foreign exchange platforms. Prior to ICAP, David was co-owner and CEO (Americas) of Prebon Yamane.

Dave Wright is ServiceNow's Chief Innovation Officer and chief evangelist for how to make the world of work, work better. He has helped thousands of organizations implement technologies that can create efficiencies, streamline business processes, and reduce costs while creating excellent employee and customer experiences. Before joining ServiceNow in 2011, Wright spent more than six years with VMware, Inc. as vice president of technical services for EMEA. From 2003 to 2005, Wright headed up the technical division for Northern and Southern Europe at Mercury Interactive.
