Dr. Katsumi Emura is Executive Vice President and CTO (chief technology officer) of NEC Corporation. He is head of the Intellectual Property Management Division, responsible for all of NEC’s research and intellectual property rights (IPR) management. Since joining NEC as a researcher at the Opto-Electronics Research Laboratories in 1982, Dr. Emura has held numerous leadership positions, including head of product planning and business development for transport products and general manager of NEC’s Research Planning Division. In 2010, Dr.

Tom C. Varghese is the Head of Connectivity and Access Policy for Asia Pacific at Facebook. He works on Facebook’s connectivity initiatives to bring more people online to a faster internet covering policy issues involving infrastructure, spectrum, accessibility, online communication and video service regulations.

Bolor-Erdene Battsengel is the chairwoman of the Government of Mongolia's Communication and Information Technology Authority, the youngest and first female to hold this position. As the youngest leader in the current Cabinet, she crafted the five-year plan to transform Mongolia into a "digital nation." In her first few months, Battsengel launched the "E-Mongolia" platform that digitized 181 popular government services for easy public use. Raised in the countryside herself, Battsengel started the Girls for Coding program to train young girls from rural areas in Mongolia to learn coding.

She is in charge of driving the bank’s digital transformation towards sustainable growth and inclusive finance for the unbanked and underserved markets in Mindanao.

Ramayya Krishnan has extensive experience and expertise in public policy. He serves on the IT and Services Advisory Board chaired by Gov. Tom Wolf of the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the policy advisory board of the GAO chaired by Gene Dodaro, Comptroller General of the United States, and was invited to speak at the GAO’s centennial conference. He serves on a select advisory board on technology and economic development to the President of Asian Development Bank.

An experienced senior executive with over 20 years in the information technology industry, Nicolas Betbeder-Matibet is currently the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan of Software AG, a position he took on this year.

David served for ten years as the CEO of Electronic Broking at ICAP Plc, the world's largest interdealer broker, where he led the BrokerTec fixed income and EBS foreign exchange platforms. Prior to ICAP, David was co-owner and CEO (Americas) of Prebon Yamane.

Before joining ServiceNow in 2011, Wright spent more than six years with VMware, Inc. as vice president of technical services for EMEA. From 2003 to 2005, Wright headed up the technical division for Northern and Southern Europe at Mercury Interactive.
