Teymoor Nabili is the founder and CEO of Tech For Impact, a knowledge-sharing, events and engagement platform designed to promote and scale sustainable technologies in the developing countries of Asia Pacific. Before embarking on the entrepreneurial path, Teymoor spent 25 years as a news anchor, correspondent and producer for some of the world's foremost broadcast news operations, such as Al Jazeera, the BBC, CNBC and CNN.

Her work experience covers Online Business & Service, E-commerce, IT & Software management, Start-ups & Innovation, and Business Strategy. She focuses her work in building up Innovative Leadership and Innovative Organization Development, having been part of both startups-type and large conglomerates in the past.

Barbara-Chiara Ubaldi

Barbara-Chiara Ubaldi is the Head of the Digital Government and Data Unit in the OECD Public Governance Directorate and leads the work on the digital transformation of the public sector, based on principles of openness, efficiency and innovation. Prior to the OECD Barbara served for eight years as Programme Officer within the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. She has over 20 years of experience working on digital government, and knowledge management for economic development and growth. A Fulbright Scholar, Barbara holds a M.S.

Mahammadali Khudaverdiyev

Mr. Khudaverdiyev is currently Head of Protocol Division, International Relations Department, State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (also known as “ASAN” which stands for “Azerbaijan Service and Assessment Network”) which goal is to make services more easily accessible to citizens using modern technologies. While he has been working at the agency since 2021, he has worked as a project coordinator at UNDP in 2013-2016. Before he joined the ASAN he had worked at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Azerbaijan.

Myung-Jae Moon

Professor M. Jae Moon is Underwood Distinguished Professor of Public Administration at Yonsei University. He is a fellow of National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). He is also chair of ASPA’s Section on Korean Public Administration. Earning Ph.D. from Maxwell School of Syracuse University in 1998, he previously taught at the University of Colorado at Denver, Texas A & M University, and Korea University. His research interests include public management, information technology, and comparative public administration.

Zee Kin Yeong

Zee Kin is presently the Assistant Chief Executive (Data Innovation and Protection Group) of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). His scope of work includes developing forward-thinking governance on AI and data, driving a pipeline of AI talent, promoting industry adoption of AI and data analytics, as well as building specific AI and data science capabilities in Singapore.
