He has 36 years of experience in the tech sector around the globe. An entrepreneur and angel investor, he is also a pioneer in investing in the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem, with technological and financial insight from his home, Silicon Valley. He completed his studies at Boston University and shortly after started his career at a startup which is now called Oracle Corporation.

Tony is the CEO of MiBank in Papua New Guinea. He has a proven track record in leading change and delivering transformation in financial institutions, through the innovative use of technology. Tony is also a Director of the Centre of Excellence for Financial Inclusion in PNG, a Director of the PNG Institute of Banking & Business Management, and Chairman of Microfinance Pasifika Network. Mr. Saad Paracha supports regional cooperation initiatives as part of Asian Development Bank’s operations covering the Central West Region that covers Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. He is the Unit Head of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) program since February 2020 and possesses good understanding of governments, issues and opportunities in transport, energy, trade, ICTs, and other sectors in Asia.
