Johannes Becker is a renewable energy engineer who has been active in the wind industry since 2009. He has been heading the department for wind & site international at GEO-NET since 2019, leading large-scale wind resource assessments campaigns and assessments across Europe and Africa. He played a key role in developing the GEO-NET test field in Germany, featuring a 200 m reference mast for LiDAR verification, and was instrumental in founding GEO-NET’s international subsidiaries.

Simone Pfau has been working in the wind industry since 2022 and is currently a scientist in Hannover. She studied physics at the Leibniz University in Hannover. After her studies, she spent three years at the Institute for Meteorology and Climatology of Leibniz University and has been involved in the BMBF research programme 'Urban Climate Under Change'. In 2024, she finished her PhD. Her current research focuses on supporting the wind field modeling team of GEO-NET.

Fred Ramos is a Senior Project Officer at the Asian Development Bank’s Papua New Guinea Resident Mission. A PNG national, Fred brings over 15 years of experience in the country's electricity sector, with a career that spans both public and private roles. He spent five years with PNG Power Ltd (PPL) and in the contracting industry before joining ADB in 2011. At ADB, Fred focuses on implementing energy sector projects that contribute to PNG’s infrastructure and development goals.

Claire is a project and corporate finance professional with a robust background in investment and structured finance. Since joining ADB in 2017, Claire has been instrumental in driving infrastructure projects for the private sector, successfully closing transactions across Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Thailand, and Viet Nam. Her expertise in the region has significantly contributed to the development and execution of key projects, including deals in the circular economy.

Mr. Little is Counsellor, Social & Transport Infrastructure at the Australian High Commission in Port Moresby. His portfolio includes activities across transport and social infrastructure sectors, including the Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP), and the Incentive Fund.

Previously, Mr. Little has worked across the Australian Government’s infrastructure financing in the Pacific, and Australia’s domestic infrastructure policy and regulation.

Osman is a technology strategist with expertise in product development, global sales, and business expansion across New Zealand, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Singapore. As Managing Director of Pakistan Software Export Board (2020-22), he led Pakistan’s first National IT Export Enhancement Framework, driving 80% export growth ($1.4B to $2.6B) and establishing 19 Software Technology Parks.
