An accomplished IT-GRC and Cybersecurity expert with over 32 years of experience in risk management, data privacy, and IT security. He has held significant roles as a data privacy and information security consultant at Simplified Strategic Solutions Inc., lead trainer consultant, and chief partner at MIDD Consulting Inc. He is a NIST CSF, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, PDPA, and NIST RMF expert. He holds certifications as a CISSP, CISA, and CDPO and has received notable awards, including the 2020 Philippine Top Choice Award for Excellence.

Nasr is leading business planning and Digital/ICT sector at ADB Pakistan Office. He is from the 23rd Common Civil Service (IRS) and has also worked with the private sector before joining ADB.

Nasr has a Management degree from The Australian National University (ANU), a master’s degree in chemistry and LLB from Pakistan

Lai has over 20 years of experience in public sector management, including with the Fijian Ministry of Finance, the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (a regional organization), and the Asian Development Bank.

He recently joined the Strategy, Practice & Knowledge Group of ADB’s Public Sector Management and Governance Sector Group, where he led the Emerging Areas and Quality Assurance Team. Lai has extensive operational experience (including digitization projects) and has worked in Central and West Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific.

Taegoan Bae is the CEO of Oyster Able, a circular economy startup providing a collection device and a reward mobile application to local governments and private companies to make reusables and recyclables circulation well in their space and area. Oyster Able drives various projects with F&B and retail companies to reduce plastic waste generated by their products and services and encourages people to join this action through the reward program.
