Amandeep “Aman” Singh is a Technical Officer with the World Health Organization (WHO) in Vanuatu. Before WHO, Aman worked as a Vaccine Financing Specialist (Consultant) with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Vietnam and with Gavi as a Technical Advisor on COVID-19 and Pandemic Preparedness in the Policy Design team of the Office of the COVAX Facility. He has also consulted for the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Center for Disaster Protection, advising on the global architecture of pandemic policies and financing.

Dr. Shin is a Medical Officer of Regulatory Systems Strengthening Essential Medicines and Health Technologies, Division of Health Systems and Services in WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific. He has served WHO since 2003 for 20 years in developing global written and measurement standards for vaccines and biologicals, strengthening regulatory systems, and improving health equity and international public health protection by supporting Member States.

Brian Riley is a seasoned public health specialist with over 25 years of experience in national and international health and development sectors. Currently serving as a Health Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Brian provides expert advice to support the ADB Health Sector Group's objectives, focusing on strengthening health systems, addressing climate change impacts on health, and promoting Universal Health Coverage (UHC) across Asia and the Pacific.

Hanna Boogaard has more than 20 years of experience in air pollution epidemiology. She is a Consultant Principal Scientist at the Health Effects Institute (HEI) in Boston, MA, an independent research organization with balanced funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the motor vehicle industry. She received a PhD in 2012 in air pollution epidemiology from Utrecht University, Netherlands. She studied the health effects of traffic‐related air pollution and the effectiveness of traffic policy measures.
