Dr. Geminn Louis Apostol is a community doctor, educator and researcher specializing in Environmental Public Health, Climate-Resilient Health Systems and Socio-ecological determinants of health. Over a decade-long career in public health, he has been engaged in various initiatives that range from research on sustainable supply chains, capacity-building for primary care, innovations in disaster resilience of local health systems, and developmental efforts towards mainstreaming environmental health research, practice, and advocacy in the Philippines.

Gideon Lasco is a physician, medical anthropologist, and writer. He is a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines’ Department of Anthropology, research fellow at the Ateneo de Manila University's Development Studies Program, and honorary fellow at Hong Kong University's Centre for Criminology.

Dr. Huong Minh Vu is the Regional Technical Advisor of Vaccine Implementation at PATH’s Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access based in Ha Noi. Dr. Huong Vu leads PATH’s vaccine and immunization-related activities in Viet Nam, Lao People's Democratic Republic (PDR) and Cambodia. He provides technical guidance for PATH Mekong Vaccine and Immunization Team and technical advice for National Immunization Programs in the region in new vaccine introduction and strengthening immunizations systems including vaccine cold-chain system, immunization information systems and disease surveillances.

Dr. Hannah Kettler is the Director for Financing and Partnerships at PATH’s Center for Vaccines Innovation and Access. In this newly created role, she works in partnership with public and private global health stakeholders to build financial incentives, partnerships, and business frameworks to accelerate the development, introduction and sustainable supply of essential medicines and vaccines.
