Blaire Ng is a Health Specialist in the Human and Social Development Sector Office, Sectors Department 3 at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), focusing on the pharmaceutical sector and private sector healthcare across Asia and the Pacific. Before joining ADB, Blaire worked on the Economic Development in Africa Report 2023 with UNCTAD in Geneva on topics including the pharmaceutical supply chain and human capital development. Prior to this, she was in the banking and finance sector with a credit hedge fund, S&P Global Ratings, and Credit Suisse.

Mahlil Ruby is currently the Director of Planning, Development, and Risk Management at the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS). He was inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, on February 19, 2021. Mahlil Ruby will serve for five years.

Dr. Pankaj Kumar Arora is a senior public health leader with over two decades of experience conceptualizing, implementing, and managing large-scale health programs across India. He currently serves as Director at the National Health Authority, Government of India, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), the world’s largest publicly funded health assurance scheme.

Abdo Yazbeck is a retired World Bank Lead Health Economist and Manager. He is also an associate editor of Health Systems and Reform and a faculty member at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He works as an independent consultant supporting USAID, the World Bank, WHO, the Global Fund, and ADB.
