John CW Lim

Professor John CW Lim is founding Executive Director of the Centre of Regulatory Excellence (CoRE) at the Duke-National University of Singapore Medical School (Duke-NUS), Senior Advisor at Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH), and Policy Core Lead at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute. He was inaugural Chairman of the Consortium for Clinical Research & Innovation Singapore and former Chief Executive Officer of Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority.

Iris Thiele Isip Tan

Dr. Iris Thiele Isip Tan is a practicing endocrinologist and professor at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, where she leads the Medical Informatics Unit. She works at the intersection of clinical practice, medical education, and health policy, bringing these together to address a single problem: what it takes to make AI work in resource-constrained settings. As convenor of the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies Program for Health Systems Development, she currently leads a grant on AI readiness among primary care health workers.

Pura Angela Wee Co

Pura Angela “Peewee” Co is a health policy and health systems expert with around 15 years of experience in development work, research, advocacy, management, and leadership of various health and development organizations. She is currently the Country Director of ThinkWell, an international health systems development organization that works to improve health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.
