Mr. Hiroki Kobayashi was appointed as a non-executive Director of Jurong Engineering Limited on 1 April 2020. Mr Kobayashi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of IHI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He is also concurrently Associate Director of Regional Headquarters for Asia Pacific and Global Marketing & Sales Headquarters of IHI Corporation and General Manager of Overseas Representative Office for Singapore Overseas Branch in Global Marketing & Sales Headquarters of IHI Corporation.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Motoo Sato has made significant contributions to various industries, including aerospace and energy. Starting at Kawasaki Heavy Industries in 1993, Mr. Sato quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a manager in the Civil Aircraft Engine Program Management Department at Gas Turbine & Machinery Company in 2009. In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Manager in the Civil Aircraft Engine Program Management Department at Aerospace Systems Company, where he played a crucial role in managing the company's aerospace projects. In 2021, Mr.

Murayama Namiko has been group manager of green hydrogen group thyssenkrupp nucera Japan since 2018, and responsible for engaging in business development and sales of green hydrogen, also supporting business development of green chemicals for APAC region. Prior to her position at NCA-JP, she worked for 14 years in charge of research and development, new business development/planning and marketing of chemical products for various industrial fields at Japanese chemical company. She has an academic background in material science and management of technology.

Shohei Suzuki has 4 years of experience in the renewable energy business after having handled administrative work on domestic construction sites for several years. He is currently in charge of admin work for the demonstration project carried out in Fiji and New Zealand. His role is to facilitate the project in close coordination with all parties involved.

Tatsunori Suzuki is a CEO at Alchemist Material Corporation and a serial entrepreneur in climate tech industry. He initiated Fuel Cell research project at Intel corporation in past. The project spun out then he served as a CEO at Zeptor Corporation which ran energy solution business for ten years in Silicon valley. He originally belonged to the Automobile industry in Japan and designed a Formula-1 racing engine management system.

Ms. Suda is in charge of marketing and business development in APAC and Africa in Tsubame BHB Co., Ltd, a Climate Tech from Tokyo Institute of Technology, which promotes the Distributed Green Ammonia and Low Carbon Fertilizer production system.

Patrick T. Aquino is the Director of the Energy Utilization Management Bureau (EUMB) under the Philippine Department of Energy (DOE). A Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) Rank III, he rose from the ranks and has served in various capacities in the DOE from the Office of the Secretary (OSEC), Information Technology Management Services (ITMS), and Energy Policy and Planning Bureau (EPPB).
