In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Manager in the Civil Aircraft Engine Program Management Department at Aerospace Systems Company, where he played a crucial role in managing the company's aerospace projects. In 2021, Mr. Sato took on the role of Senior Manager in the C-2/P-1 Export Project, Defense Aircraft Project Planning Department at Aerospace Business Division Aerospace Systems Company. Most recently, in 2023, he was appointed as Chief Executive Researcher in the Hydrogen Strategy Division of the Business Development Department, where he is currently leading the company's hydrogen strategy efforts.
