Patrick Aquino

Patrick T. Aquino is the Director of the Energy Utilization Management Bureau (EUMB) under the Philippine Department of Energy (DOE). A Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) Rank III, he rose from the ranks and has served in various capacities in the DOE from the Office of the Secretary (OSEC), Information Technology Management Services (ITMS), and Energy Policy and Planning Bureau (EPPB). Recognizing the need for sustainable energy consumption, Director Aquino with the support of the DOE is aggressively implementing the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Act and the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA).
