Renadi Budiman is the Deputy Country Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Indonesia Resident Mission. He is a seasoned finance and development professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, financial oversight, and country operations across Asia. Prior to his current role, he served as Principal Portfolio Management Specialist at ADB’s Lao PDR Resident Mission, where he was responsible for overall portfolio performance.

Yuli Sri Wilanti serves as Deputy Assistant for SOE Development on Logistics and Infrastructure at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. In this role, she supports the formulation and coordination of policies related to state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the logistics and infrastructure sectors, including enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening sector performance, and aligning SOE initiatives with national economic priorities in Indonesia.

Adriyanto is the Director for Municipal Economy and Financing at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. In this role, he oversees policies and strategies related to subnational fiscal management, including municipal financing frameworks, intergovernmental transfers, and local economic development. His work supports strengthening fiscal decentralization and improving the financial capacity of local governments in Indonesia.

Jeffrey Lee is Senior Vice President - Sustainable Finance and Head of Assessments for Asia-Pacific at Moody's Ratings, based in Singapore. In this role, he leads analytical teams across Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and Tokyo, overseeing the production of key sustainable finance assessments. These include Second Party Opinions on sustainable debt instruments and financing frameworks, as well as Net Zero Assessments evaluating the robustness of entities' carbon transition plans. 

Christian de Guzman is a Senior Vice President/Manager with Moody’s Sovereign and Sub-Sovereign Risk Group. Based in Singapore, he covers a portfolio of sovereigns and government-related issuers in the Asia Pacific, including Japan, India, and a number of Southeast Asian credits. He also manages the team responsible for sub-sovereign credit ratings in the Asia Pacific ex-China.
