Transforming Leadership - Second Program

Designed as a multistakeholder dialogue process, this Leadership and Innovation Lab combines individual development with systemic and institutional change initiatives.

"Transforming Leadership: Women, Men, Power, and Potential” is a Leadership and Innovation Lab targeting leaders and change agents in different fields. Through this international, cross-disciplinary, and practice-oriented dialogue process designed to strengthen leadership skills and innovation capacity, individuals are supported as they create spaces for real change in their spheres of influence.

Alexandra Linden

Alexandra Linden has been working as an Urban / Regional Planner, Project Leader, and Consultant for the private and public sector, NGOs, research institutions, and international organizations in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Her assignments dealt with urban development, infrastructure and resource management, urban upgrading, institutional capacity development, civil participation, professional networks, decentralization, and multi-level policy advice.

Abram Abanil is the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for Fit for School in Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) since March 2015 to present. He coordinated the monitoring and evaluation activities for the Fit for School Program in Philippines, Indonesia, Lao PDR, and Cambodia.
