Barrister Ali Asgher Khan (Mr. Ali Khan) is an Advocate of the High Court and a Barrister-at-Law. Mr. Ali Khan has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (England) and was called to the Bar of England & Wales (Lincoln’s Inn). Mr. Ali Khan possesses a diverse skillset which has been acquired from his extensive experience as an investment banker in the power and energy groups at Goldman Sachs & Co.

She is responsible for originating and leading infrastructure transactions in various sectors, including energy, transport, and telecommunications in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Prior to joining ADB, she worked at Calvert Impact Capital in Washington, D.C., covering risk management and impact measurement. Pin holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thammasat University.
