Barrister Ali Asgher Khan (Mr. Ali Khan) is an Advocate of the High Court and a Barrister-at-Law. Mr. Ali Khan has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (England) and was called to the Bar of England & Wales (Lincoln’s Inn). Mr. Ali Khan possesses a diverse skillset which has been acquired from his extensive experience as an investment banker in the power and energy groups at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Ali is a finance, planning & analysis (FP&A) expert with exposure to project management in the development sector with total experience of more than 14 years in the public and private sectors combined. His analytical skills and passion for number-crunching to provide data-driven and evidence-based decision-making support and advice is his forte.

Professional and academic certifications include: FCCA, ACMA, CGMA, CIA, APFA, PMP, PMI-RMP, GARP-SCR, Passed Level 2 of the CFA Program, MSc Accounting and Finance (UCL, UK), BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting (UK).

Mr. Jeong is a Senior Regional Cooperation Specialist at ADB. He specializes in economic policy, finance, and international cooperation. Recently, he served as the lead director of the Planning and Finance Division at the Korea Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF). He supervised and coordinated major economic policies and budget plans. 

Pin Satitpatanapan is an Investment Specialist in ADB’s Private Sector Infrastructure Finance Division. She is responsible for originating and leading infrastructure transactions in various sectors, including energy, transport, and telecommunications in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Prior to joining ADB, she worked at Calvert Impact Capital in Washington, D.C., covering risk management and impact measurement. Pin holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thammasat University.

Kate has 20 years of experience working on climate change and sustainable development policy, financing, and technology projects across the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Laura Iglesias has nearly 30 years of business development experience, with specialization in bilateral and multilateral donor-funded architecture & engineering (A&E) projects in developing and transitional countries.

Anna Fink is Senior Country Economist at the Indonesia Resident Mission of ADB where she leads the design and implementation of the Country Partnership Strategy and Country Knowledge Plan. Anna was formerly a member of ADB’s Regional Cooperation and Integration Thematic Group where she led research and technical assistance on cross-border integration and regional public goods with a focus on Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
