Mr. Nurshod Saidov is a Senior Project Manager and Head of the Central Asian Hub at INTEGRATION environment & energy GmbH (German Consulting Company) with over ten years of international experience managing technical assistance (TA) and individual consultancy (IC) contracts funded by IFIs and other donors in Eastern Europe, Central, West, South, and Southeast Asia. Recognized for strong client orientation and excellent knowledge of ADB, GIZ, KfW, and WB policies and operations.

Dorothea Netz is a senior manager at Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI) in Bonn's Development Cooperation and Public Procurement division. She has 15 years of experience in international cooperation and trade promotion, focusing on sustainability and partnerships between companies and development institutions.

Derek is an Associate Procurement Officer with over nine years of experience at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in streamlining ADB’s procurement processes, overseeing consultant recruitment, and managing contracts effectively.

Dr. Sirat Mahmdua Joined the Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance as Deputy Secretary on 5 September 2022. Since then she has been working with the UN Wing mainly dedicated funds including the Green Climate Fund (GCF), Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Adaptation Fund (AF). She is working with the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action and V20 and has been assigned as the Focal Point for Global Shield Against Climate Risk in Bangladesh. She drives initiatives that promote climate resilience and sustainable economic development.

Mr. Md. Shahriar Kader Siddiky Joined Economic Relations Division as the Secretary on 23 November 2023. Prior to that, he was an Additional Secretary in the Economic Relations Division (ERD).
Mr. Md. Shahriar Kader Siddiky is a member of the 11th batch of BCS (Administration) Cadre.

Mr. Mirza Ashfaqur Rahman was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) on November 3, 2024. Prior to this, on August 20, 2024, he was designated to lead BPPA and appointed as the Project Director for the “Digitizing Implementation Monitoring and Public Procurement Project (DIMAPPP),” currently underway at BPPA.

Mr. Batzul Tsedenbal is the Director, State Procurement Agency, Mongolia, and Batzul has been working in the public procurement sector since 2008. He was leading the working group for revising the Public Procurement Law of Mongolia in 2023 and the Parliament of Mongolia approved the Public Procurement Law Revision in June 2023.
