Mr. Luvsan Vanjildorj is an international finance expert specializing in blended climate finance and has worked in the Asia Pacific region, as well as in the Central and Northern Americas and Europe. He has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure (PPP in energy and urban infrastructure), agriculture, health, and policy formulation in banking and capital markets. 

Ms. Yuki Yasui is the Director overseeing the Asia Pacific (APAC) Network for the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), launched in June 2022.  She is focused on bringing together the financial sector across developed and emerging APAC to accelerate an inclusive transition to a net-zero economy. She assists financial institutions and businesses in planning for their transition to net zero and advocates for scaling credible and impactful financing for the transition.

Mr. Hee Woong Yang is an Investment Specialist in the Private Sector Financial Institutions Division at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), seconded from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT), one of the largest credit guarantee organizations in the world. With 23 years of experience in credit evaluation, credit guarantee provision, and supporting SMEs, startups, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects at KODIT, Hee Woong has also contributed to the Future Strategy Office, the Credit Guarantee Department, the International Affairs Division, and the Research Department at KODIT.

Therese Chu is a key figure at the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering bilateral trade and investment between Germany and the Philippines. With her extensive experience in international business development, Therese is dedicated to creating valuable opportunities and partnerships for both countries.

Mr. Nurshod Saidov is a Senior Project Manager and Head of the Central Asian Hub at INTEGRATION environment & energy GmbH (German Consulting Company) with over ten years of international experience managing technical assistance (TA) and individual consultancy (IC) contracts funded by IFIs and other donors in Eastern Europe, Central, West, South, and Southeast Asia. Recognized for strong client orientation and excellent knowledge of ADB, GIZ, KfW, and WB policies and operations.

Dorothea Netz is a senior manager at Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI) in Bonn's Development Cooperation and Public Procurement division. She has 15 years of experience in international cooperation and trade promotion, focusing on sustainability and partnerships between companies and development institutions.
