Satomi Sakaguchi

Satomi Sakaguchi is a Transport Specialist under the Railway/Logistics, Transport Sector Group of the Asian Development Bank. She has 10 years of experience in planning and managing transport infrastructure projects such as railways, metros and roads, in the Philippines, Bangladesh and India at ADB and Japan International Cooperation Agency.

She holds an MSc in Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a B.A in International Relations from International Christian University, Tokyo.  

Tong Zhu

Prof. Tong Zhu is a Professor at the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at Peking University, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a counselor of the State Council, and a fellow of the American Geophysical Union. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Higher Education Committee for Environmental Science and Engineering under the Ministry of Education and is a member of the Evaluation Group for Environmental Science and Engineering of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee.

Nicole Ann Ponce

Nicole Ann Ponce is an environmental activist and human rights lawyer-advocate from the Philippines. Currently, she is working with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the French National Centre for Scientific Research, as a research fellow. Her work mainly involves the application of international law on themes involving, climate justice, climate change law, international environmental law and human rights, peace and security, and the recognition of the rights of future generations.

Sean Maguire

Sean Maguire is Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Clean Air Fund. He builds global partnerships to speed up the transition to clean air everywhere. His focus is on driving concerted international action on air pollution, establishing and working towards international targets for clean air, and increasing the flow of international funding towards clean air projects.
