Libby Paholski

Libby Paholski is currently the Functional General Manager for SMEC International’s Environment and Social Development Group in the South East Asia & Pacific Division. She brings over 25 years of professional expertise in community development projects from planning, policy development,  and social research (design, assessment, and planning). In the last 10 years, Libby has been involved in some key international projects/programs that have been involved in significant focus on stakeholder management and engagement to ensure effective and efficient project and program delivery.

Darren Godwell

Darren Godwell is one of Australia’s most well-credentialed Indigenous executives with several Board appointments and executive responsibility for his own company i2i Global. i2i Global is an Indigenous advisory firm providing support to Clients on matters of economics, enterprise and business development, business strategy and investment, trade, and Indigenous interests in exports. In 2022, Minister Ken Wyatt appointed Darren as Co-Chair of his National Indigenous Reference Group.

Julia McDonald

Julia is Head of International Development at ITP Renewables. She has 15 years’ experience in the energy industry, specialising in energy projects in the Pacific region.  Her background is in electrical and renewable energy engineering, spanning projects of all scales from solar farms in Australia to off-grid solar systems for remote communities in the Pacific.

Mat Francis

Mat is the Director of Water Chemistry at Moerk Water Solutions, Asia-Pacific. He has a PhD in Chemistry and has worked for more than a decade designing water treatment solutions for the water, mining, energy and food sectors, both locally and internationally. As well as designing water treatment systems, he is an enthusiastic educator of stakeholders and the public.

Santosh Singh

Santosh is the Managing Director at Intellecap Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. He leads the energy, climate change, and agriculture practice at Intellecap. He has significant experience in designing and implementing carbon projects and developing climate finance strategies. He led strategic engagements with the Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, Govt.
