Engr. Lim is the General Manager of Antique Electric Cooperative (ANTECO), an electric distribution cooperative, owned by the consumers it services. He has been at the helm of ANTECO over the past 23 years, spearheading the electrification of 18 municipalities and several island villages within ANTECO’s coverage area. His passion to provide 24-hours energy service to his remote communities moved him to initiate the ADB-assisted Malalison Island Solar Hybrid Project in joint venture with a private sector partner, which he envisions to replicate in other small islands.
