Sangay Dorji

Mr. Sangay Dorji is serving as the Offtg. Director in the Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development, Ministry of Education and Skills Development. 

He is the Project Manager of Pathways for Emerging Skills and Jobs Project (PESJP), ADB executed by the Ministry of Education and Skills development since the launch of the project in November 2024 and has been with the Civil Service for 33 years at various capacity. 

He has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Bio-Mechanical Systems from Ehime University, Japan.

Faiza Ahad

Ms. Faiza Ahad is a social sector specialist at the Bangladesh Resident Mission of ADB. Since 2019, she has been leading and supporting the processing and implementation of education and health projects for ADB in Bangladesh, and participating in sector policy dialogue. In 2024, she has worked in the Pacific region of ADB and co-led preparation of a skills development project.

Fayyaz Ali Khan

Fayyaz Khan has around 20 years of experience in the education sector with a focus on the delivery of technical assistance for education sector reforms, education sector plans, and education management information systems, as well as technical and vocational training, including for Afghan refugees in the KP and Punjab provinces of Pakistan. He is a project team member on ADB-financed education and TVET projects in Pakistan. 

Namrata Saraogi

Namrata Saraogi is a Social Sector Specialist working with the Education Practice Team of the Asian Development Bank. Her focus is on strengthening education systems across the Asia and Pacific region. Prior to ADB, she worked with several national and international organizations like UNICEF, World Bank, among others on a range of research and operational projects in education and social protection across East Asia and Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and South Asia. Namrata holds an M.Sc.

Jan Czuba

His first assignment as missionary to Papua New Guinea was in Ambunti (1987-1988) as Parish Priest of the said parish from 1989-1995. In October 1995 he was assigned to the Divine Word Institute in Madang as President. Under his leadership the Institute evolved into Divine Word University of which he was the funding President until 2016.
