Namrata Saraogi

Namrata Saraogi is a Social Sector Specialist working with the Education Practice Team of the Asian Development Bank. Her focus is on strengthening education systems across the Asia and Pacific region. Prior to ADB, she worked with several national and international organizations like UNICEF, World Bank, among others on a range of research and operational projects in education and social protection across East Asia and Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and South Asia. Namrata holds an M.Sc.

Jan Czuba

His first assignment as missionary to Papua New Guinea was in Ambunti (1987-1988) as Parish Priest of the said parish from 1989-1995. In October 1995 he was assigned to the Divine Word Institute in Madang as President. Under his leadership the Institute evolved into Divine Word University of which he was the funding President until 2016.

Barry Charles Peddle

He is a former Australian TAFE CEO who led the country’s largest TAFE Institute with over 78,000 students and 4,500 staff. He was also a founding Director of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCAP) and Chair of the Australian TAFE Directors Association (TDA). In those capacities, he was actively involved in leading the ongoing TVET reforms in Australia for over 20 years including restructuring the NSW state TAFE system.

Johannes Karl Schmees

Currently, He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Section for Vocational Teacher Education, School Development, and Educational Leadership in the Department of Teacher Education of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. Before his current position, he was working as a Lecturer at the Department of Vocational Education and Training at Osnabrück University, Germany. His research focus lies in international and international comparative research in vocational education and training (VET).

Leotes Lugo Helin

Leotes has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Education, including 10+ years working with UNICEF Regional Offices, and Country Offices as Chief of Education and with UNESCO Institute of Statistics/UNESCO Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau in Bangkok. Leotes brings strong expertise in the areas of education, digital learning, early childhood development (ECD), M&E, communications, knowledge management, partnerships building, education sector planning and coordination, systems building, and capacity development support to countries.
