She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and business management experience with increasing levels of responsibility in human capital management, business management, financial analysis, and compensation and benefits. She provides overall vision, strategic and operational human resource leadership to the company.

Tan Bin Ru is the CEO (Southeast Asia) of OneConnect Financial Technology Co. Ltd. (NYSE: OCFT), a leading technology-as-a-service platform for financial institutions. OneConnect is an associate company of Ping An Group which ranks 21st on 2020 Fortune Global 500 and 7th on Forbes 2019 Global 2000. In her role, Bin Ru is responsible for expanding OneConnect’s fintech solutions outside of China.

Lim Paik Wan

Paik Wan is responsible for leading and expanding Wise’s presence and growth in APAC. In line with the company’s expansion in the region, her role involves managing the firm’s financial services partnerships, working with central banks and regulators, and focusing on new market entry strategies to enable a better way for millions of customers to send, spend, receive and manage cross-border transactions instantly and at a low cost.

Jonathan Marskell

Jonathan Marskell is a Senior Program Officer based in Singapore with the Identification for Development (ID4D) initiative. He is responsible for supporting digital ID and civil registration financing and technical assistance projects in East Asia and the Pacific, South Asia, and East Africa, as well as contributing to ID4D’s global thought leadership, convening and advocacy. Before joining ID4D in 2016, he was a consultant on identification, civil registration and vital statistics in the Asia-Pacific region for UNESCAP, UNICEF, UNHCR and IOM, including for five years in Bangkok.

Sol Cummings

Sol Cummings is a Computer Vision Developer at PASCO Corporation’s AI Solutions Department, where he develops solutions that utilize satellite and aerial imageries. He specializes in developing AI that detects and classifies areas that have changed between several images, which has been utilized for many projects for municipal governments and private companies. He is the recipient of the Beyond Fellowship in the AI for Earth Observation Lab at Technical University of Munich. Mr. Cummings holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Physical Geography.

Jonghyun Yoon

Jonghyun Yoon is a Senior Manager at LX, Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, a public entity with expertise in land, cadaster, and GIS-related works, land administration and management systems as well as capacity building under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea. He started his career in 2001 as a cadastral surveyor and was also a member of LX’s Research Institute in the area of data acquisition and land administration.
