Pramila is a seasoned Communication and Media Specialist with over 20 years of experience in child rights advocacy, media production, and public engagement. As the Communication and Media Manager at CWIN Nepal, she leads media strategy, oversees audiovisual productions, and manages partnerships to enhance communication on child protection issues. 

Srinivasa oversees programmes across South and Southeast Asia. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of human settlements and urban development. His extensive career includes significant roles within the United Nations, where he has worked for over 19 years across various countries in Asia and the Pacific. Srinivasa has held key positions such as the Senior Human Settlements Officer at UN-Habitat, where he has been instrumental in advancing the Habitat agenda.

Dr. Sirat Mahmdua Joined the Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance as Deputy Secretary on 5 September 2022. Since then she has been working with the UN Wing mainly dedicated funds including the Green Climate Fund (GCF), Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Adaptation Fund (AF). She is working with the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action and V20 and has been assigned as the Focal Point for Global Shield Against Climate Risk in Bangladesh. She drives initiatives that promote climate resilience and sustainable economic development.

Sohel Rana possesses 24 years of experience in civil engineering field focusing urban, rural and water resources development sectors in Bangladesh. He started his career as a research engineer at BUET-DUT linkage project on water management in 2001. Later he joined the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) as Assistant Engineer in 2005.
