Erin is part of the FCAS and SIDS Unit in CCFE, supporting institutional capacity for operations in FCAS and SIDS. Last year she led a series of analytical products on Papua New Guinea, including a fragility resilience assessment to inform ADB’s country partnership strategy, and a climate and environmental security assessment with adelphi. She is the Unit’s focal on economic migration and forced displacement, and on capacity development.

Erick Sarut serves as Senior Climate Change Officer at ADB’s Port Moresby Resident Mission, where he leads strategic engagement on climate resilience, adaptation financing, and institutional capacity building in Papua New Guinea. Prior to joining ADB, Erick worked for over 12 years with the Government of Papua New Guinea through the Climate Change and Development Authority (CCDA). His tenure at CCDA involved leading and supporting a wide range of national and regional climate initiatives, including policy development, program implementation, and multilateral negotiations.

Lukas Rüttinger is a Senior Advisor at adelphi with over 14 years of expertise at the intersection of climate change, environment, conflict and fragility. As a pioneer in climate-security risk assessment, he has developed innovative approaches spanning global, regional and local scales for leading organisations including the UN, OSCE, European Commission, and African Union.

Enrique Tolentino Jr. is a professor of forest restoration and plantation forestry in the College of Forestry and Natural Resources, University of the Philippines Los Baños for the last 34 years. His research works and interests covers restoration of degraded lands, forest plantations, forest genetic resource conservation, tree improvement, tree seed technology, and forest nursery.

Munichan Kung is an experienced Country Director with a demonstrated history of working in the public policy industry. He is skilled in negotiation, sustainable development, analytical skills, and government. Mr.Kung is a strong community and social services professional with a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in Rural Development Management from Khon Kaen University.

Mr. Malik Fida A Khan has over 30 years of extensive experiences spanning across the diversified fields of Water Resources Planning and Management, Climate Change, Information Technology, and development projects in Bangladesh. He has skills for development of integrated planning and implementation through multi organizational involvement and participation of stakeholder for optimum utilization of resources. Besides, serving CEGIS as the Executive Director, Mr. Khan is also supervising the activities of Climate Change and Disaster Management Division.
