Bidyut Saha

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Saha possesses over twenty years of experience in investment and development sectors in Bangladesh. He started his career as senior analyst at Equity Valuation Research and Distribution Limited, a merchant bank. Later he joined IDLC Finance Limited, the largest non-bank financial institution in Bangladesh, and headed corporate finance and investment banking operations. He also headed the risk analysis unit and cash management department at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Bangladesh.

Mohammed Shoheler Rahman Chowdhury

Mr. Mohammed Shoheler Rahman Chowdhury is the Director General of the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) of Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED), Ministry of Planning. Prior to joining CPTU, he worked in the Economic Relations Division and Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance. He is a national trainer on public procurement who deeply involved with the procurement reform process of Bangladesh since its inception in 2002.
