Daniel Sanchez

Daniel Sanchez is an International Public Procurement Expert with over 20 years of experience in international development. Currently based in Washington, DC, he supports several programs in Latin America and the Caribbean focused on the application of new technologies for electronic government procurement. His most recent project involved developing digital tools to facilitate the provision of critical supplies related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina.

Anna Wielogorska

•She joined World Bank in 2003 after holding a consulting job with Hunting Technical Services Ltd., specializing in land management and GIS.
•She obtained her BSc Geography from King’s College, London and MSc. Geophysics from Imperial College, London
•Anna speaks 4 languages – English, French,  Polish and Russian.

Peter Fizelle

Peter Fizelle leads information security at ADB, focused on enabling the business to pursue leading digital transformation strategies, while reducing risk to the organization and increasing operational effectiveness. He has many years of experience in information security and technology within banking, government, managed services, and Defence. Prior to ADB, his roles in banking included technology and risk management roles at Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, USB, RBS, ABN-Amro and Deutsche Bank.

Bernadine Fernz

Before joining the Open Contracting Partnership, Bernadine was Associate Director and Regional Manager for Latin America and Southeast  Asia at CoST International, the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative. She led a concept design as well the practical implementation of complex multi stakeholder programmes aimed at improving the business environment, fighting corruption and delivering value for money from infrastructure investments. 

Leslie Harper

Leslie Harper has over 20 years of experience as an international development professional in Latin America and the Caribbean and is an expert in public procurement reform and modernization. She is the Gender and Diversity Focal Point for the Fiscal Management Division where she is responsible for portfolio monitoring and mainstreaming of gender and diversity in fiscal projects. She has supported multiple countries in the Latin America region in the development of women in public procurement programs.
