Working in ADB’s Transport Sector Office, Sectors Group, Rebecca has a background in transport economics, road safety, and human-centered design. Rebecca is responsible for policy dialogue, capacity development, and project and program implementation with a focus on sustainable transport as part of ADB’s SMART Mobility team.
