Rebecca Stapleton

Rebecca Stapleton is a Senior Transport Specialist in the Transport Sector Group, SMART Mobility Team at the Asian Development Bank with over 15 years’ experience in transport project management. Rebecca leads policy dialogue, capacity development, project and program implementation with Developing Member Countries as a part of ADB’s SMART Mobility team.

She is an active member of the urban transport, road safety, and transport asset management communities of practice at ADB, and provides advice on climate adaptation and resilience, e-mobility, non-motorized transport, and road safety sub-sector strategic direction and technical issues for developing member countries.
