Rebecca Stapleton

Working in ADB’s Transport Sector Office, Sectors Group, Rebecca has a background in transport economics, road safety, and human-centered design. Rebecca is responsible for policy dialogue, capacity development, and project and program implementation with a focus on sustainable transport as part of ADB’s SMART Mobility team. She is an active member of the urban transport, road safety, and transport asset management communities of practice at ADB, and provides advice on climate adaptation and resilience, e-mobility, non-motorized transport, and road safety sub-sector strategic direction and technical issues for developing member countries.
