An Uzbekistan national, Aziz Yusupov has 15 years of project financing experience in sectors such as power, gas, and urban development spanning across South Asia and Central and West Asia regions. In his current role as Bangladesh country focal for the energy sector, he conducts policy dialogue with the government to facilitate legal and regulatory improvements enabling sustainable and inclusive energy sector development.

Brett Sutton is an agronomist and environmental scientist with ADB PSOD's agribusiness investment team. He works to optimize development impact imparted by agribusiness investment and technical assistance projects, including through improving climate and disaster resilience of smallholder farmers and food supply chains.

Yuki Inoue is an Energy Specialist in the Energy Division of the Southeast Asia Regional Department at ADB, which covers Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam. He is also serving the project implementation management function in the division. His experience is largely on energy sector reforms and financial issues of projects in the borrowing countries of ADB.
