She joined the World Bank in 2021 and has since been involved in public procurement reform under the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Program, while also providing operational support to World Bank–financed projects. Thidaphone holds a master’s degree in Economic Development from Kobe University, Japan. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as a Project Procurement Consultant in the National Implementing Unit at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
