NDC 3.0: Advancing ADB’s Support for Developing Member Countries

The webinar focused on the critical role of NDC 3.0 in raising climate ambitions across the Asia-Pacific region and how ADB supports developing member countries (DMCs) in achieving these climate actions. NDC 3.0 represents the next iteration of nationally determined contributions, emphasizing enhanced ambition and implementability, as countries prepare their updates for 2025 in alignment with the Paris Agreement goals.

Climate Change as a Security Challenge

Climate change and environmental challenges can pose risks to human security and peace. As climate and environmental stressors become more pronounced, peace and security risks can also increase, based on context factors that shape vulnerability and resilience. In this session, the CCFE and adelphi talked about the dynamics of climate - environment security risk, and how we can build resilience.
