Traffic is an enemy that affects everyone’s health, well-being, and productivity. This presentation discusses the worsening traffic situation in the Philippines, particularly Metro Manila, and highlights the increasing importance of taking a serious look at this challenge. It proposes medium- and long-term goals as solutions on how to utilize technologies as weapons to combat traffic congestion.
