ICEX – Trade and Investment took part in the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Business Opportunities Seminar – European Roadshow held in March 2026. Organized in close coordination with ADB, this event was open to Spanish public and private companies, individual consultants, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, and NGOs interested in exploring business opportunities financed by ADB. 

The seminar included presentations by ADB sector specialists on upcoming projects and priorities in water, energy, and transport. It also provided an overview of ADB’s procurement framework and bidding procedures, including the recently introduced merit point criteria.
