Series: Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network Conference 9th Conference of the Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network 18 to 20 October 2023 The Asian Development Bank (ADB) organized the 9th Annual Conference of the Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network (APPeN) last 18–20 October 2023 in Tbilisi, Georgia. This year focused on digital transformation of public procurement for transparency, support of SDGs and economic empowerment. Emerging issues such as the use of artificial intelligence in procurement planning, tender procedures, evaluation, negotiations, and contract management were explored.
