Chief Procurement Officer, ADB Profile / Bio Jeffrey Taylor is ADB's Chief Procurement Officer, representing ADB at the MDB Heads of Procurement forum. He leads the MDB working group on sustainable procurement. Prior to taking on this role, he was the Director of the procurement division, overseeing projects in the Central, West, and South Asia regions. He has held some roles within ADB, including leading ADB's corporate procurement team and serving as Secretary to ADB's procurement committee. Before joining ADB, he worked in numerous countries, including Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, and the Philippines, both implementing procurement and advising on procurement reform and professionalization programs. He has been working on the procurement of infrastructure for 35 years. He holds a Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and a master's of Science degree in procurement.
