Dr. Joe Hage is a digital transformation expert in public administration and education leading digital transformation projects for UNESCO, UNDP, UNICEF, ILO, UNRWA, and World Bank in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Asst. Prof. Supachai Vongbunyong, PhD, is a Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and lecturer at Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand. He is a founder a Hospital Automation Research Center (HAC@FIBO) and a co-founder of Famme Works Co., Ltd and Innovation and Advanced Manufacturing Research Group. He received PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, Master and Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Rohan is the Director of Commercialization with responsibility for commercialization and startup programs at Curtin University.

Dr. Kitiya Vongkamjan received a PhD degree from Cornell University. Dr. Kitiya is a global leader in bacteriophage technology and applications. Her passion for employing innovative research to help solve food safety and sustainability issue has led to the founding of UniFAHS, a startup under the supports of the UK-based entrepreneurship training and networking programme (Newton Fund) and Thailand Science Park in 2019. In 2022, Dr. Kitiya was selected as the Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs by CanCham Thailand (Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce).

Andrew is responsible for Government Relations and ESG for Samsung Electronics in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. His role is building relationships with Government and Government-related bodies in support of Samsung’s business, ESG commitments and the countries’ digital and green transformation, working with his team in each country where Samsung has a presence. Andrew has 20 years in the Singapore public sector, including a stint in the USA, having served with Singapore Economic Development Board, International Enterprise Singapore, and Infocomm Media Development Authority.

Dr. Kitipong Promwong is the President of NXPO. He directly reports to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation.

Bautista sits on the Second Congressional Commission on Education’s Advisory Council and the Philippine Institute of Development Studies Board. She was University of the Philippines System vice president for academic affairs, policy research executive director, social sciences and philosophy dean and professor. As Philippine higher education commissioner, she chaired the ASEAN Referencing Qualifications Framework Taskforce. 

Serving as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary since 2019, Rafaelita led the science-, technology-, and innovation-based Industrial Stargety of DTI. She also initiated DTI’s Innovation and Industry 4.0’s activities such as Articificial Intelligence Roadmap, Startup Develeopment Roadmap, and Creative Industry Development Program.

Elias Towe is professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering. 
His research is in optics and quantum photonics for applications in computing, communications, sensing, 
and solar energy. He was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he 
received the S.B., S.M., and Ph.D. degrees.
