Md Shamsul Arifeen Khan

Mr. Md Shamsul Arifeen Khan has been serving as Senior Education Officer with ADB since Jan 2023. His primarily role is project processing, and project implementation in education sector in Bangladesh.  He has over 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years in academia and research. Prior to joining, he worked as a Strategic Planning Specialist with the World Bank through the College Education Development Project.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a master’s in Environment and Sustainable Development, and Ph.D.
