Antonette graduated Cum Laude at University of the Philippines Manila with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She is currently finishing her Masters in Community Development at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has worked for 7 years in the development sector focusing on marginalized children and legislative advocacy eventually serving as the coordinator for the largest alliance of child-focused organizations and agencies in the Philippines, Child Rights Network.

Dr Baker is currently the Fund Manager for the Australian Government funded Water for Women Fund, a flagship program delivering water, sanitation and hygiene programs across the Asia Pacific region. She has worked in the international development sector with GHD Pty as both a manager and practitioner for over 25 years. Alison has successfully delivered projects for donors including Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Asian Development Bank, and the World Bank, focussed in the infrastructure, water, sanitation, climate change and environment sectors. Alison com

Rui has been engaged in the formulation of water ecological environment planning and water environment management policy research. She participated in the preparation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" water ecological environment planning. In recent years, she has been committed to the research of water ecological environment protection in the Yellow River Basin.

Grace Miso is a Public-Private Partnership Specialist in the Asian Development Bank currently working in Uzbekistan, Georgia, Bangladesh, and India in the energy, water, and utilities projects helping to bring in private sector investment and provide climate-friendly solutions to the region. Her notable projects in the region that has recently closed include the Namangan Wastewater PPP Project, Tashkent District Heating Project, and the Sherabad Solar Project.

Dr. Sapkota is an Urban Hydrologist working at eWater, Australia. She is an experienced water modeller, who has worked in urban water systems and hydrology in Australia and overseas.

Mr. Luo works at the Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited. He is involved in O&M cases sharing and provides advice and suggestions. 

Dr. Mishra is a PhD from Acoustic Research Lab of National University of Singapore. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same lab and co-founder of Teredo Analytics, a deep-tech spin-off from NUS.
