Holger Dalkmann

Holger Dalkmann has over twenty years of experience working in the field of mobility, cities, sustainability and climate change. In summer 2017 he moved to Berlin where he operates his own business working on those issues with a variety of organizations like GIZ, DFID, UNCRD, and World Bank. Last year he took over the role as Interim Secretary-General of the Sustainable Low Carbon Transport Partnership from May 2018 until October 2018. He is one of the Co-founders of the Partnership on Sustainable Low Carbon Transport (SLoCat) and has been on the SLOCAT board since 2013.

Bernard Obika

Bernard is currently undertaking the role of Team Leader for the High Volume Transport (HVT) Applied Research Programme. Prior to joining the HVT Team,  he was the Managing Director at Roughton Group.  Bernard has over 30 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure finance. Previous employers include the World Bank in Washington D.C, DFID and Owen Williams. He has been directly responsible for overall direction and management of over 50 major infrastructure projects, predominantly in Africa, Central Asia, The Pacific, the UK and Europe.

Jim Fletcher

Jim Fletcher, P.E. has demonstrated project management experience in design, planning and implementation for transit and transportation projects nationally and internationally exemplified by his work as Project Director for the Automated Transit Systems at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris and as Technical Project Manager of Schedule Risk Assessment for the Seismic Retrofit of the Suspension Span for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.

Sabah Shamsy

Sabah Shamsy is experienced in project cycle management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) obtained from international aid development organizations. She designed, planned and implemented innovative projects on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy with IT solutions, and has finely tuned analytical skills with dedication to identify and apply socio economic principles and Results/Logical frameworks (GIZ, DFID, SDG, OECD DAC) to reach effective outputs.
