Bernard Obika

Bernard is currently undertaking the role of Team Leader for the High Volume Transport (HVT) Applied Research Programme. Prior to joining the HVT Team,  he was the Managing Director at Roughton Group.  Bernard has over 30 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure finance. Previous employers include the World Bank in Washington D.C, DFID and Owen Williams. He has been directly responsible for overall direction and management of over 50 major infrastructure projects, predominantly in Africa, Central Asia, The Pacific, the UK and Europe.

Anish De has over two decades of all-encompassing experience in the Energy and Natural Resources space. He has led and managed multiple large projects spanning electricity generation & distribution, energy trading & pricing, renewable energy & grid integration, smart grid, energy efficiency and energy access among others.
