Anish De

Anish De has over two decades of all-encompassing experience in the Energy and Natural Resources space. He has led and managed multiple large projects spanning electricity generation & distribution, energy trading & pricing, renewable energy & grid integration, smart grid, energy efficiency and energy access among others. His expertise includes program management, investment strategy, sector reform and restructuring, sectoral policy and regulatory framework, power markets design, commercial and financial advisory, designing corporate strategies – turnaround plans, institutional strengthening, and capacity building. He has also played an active role in policy formulation front and has contributed to the development of the National Electricity Policy, Tariff Policy and the Competitive Bidding Framework for the power sector in India.

Prior to joining KPMG, he was the Chief Executive of Asian Operations of AF - Mercados – EMI. He has done his Masters in Management and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
