In summer 2017 he moved to Berlin where he operates his own business working on those issues with a variety of organizations like GIZ, DFID, UNCRD, and World Bank. Last year he took over the role as Interim Secretary-General of the Sustainable Low Carbon Transport Partnership from May 2018 until October 2018. He is one of the Co-founders of the Partnership on Sustainable Low Carbon Transport (SLoCat) and has been on the SLOCAT board since 2013.
